Receptionist cum Administrative Assistant
( Sarawak - Kuching, Full-time )


  • Answer and direct incoming calls
  • Arrange/manage/distribute mail, fax courier service delivery
  • Update/maintain contact lists - office telephone and fax delivery
  • Manage and organise common facilities like meeting rooms, pantry, etc.
  • Provide general support to any visitor/customer in the office
  • Assist in ordering/managing office store supplies
  • Develop/maintain a filing system
  • Assist in any office administration work assigned.


  • At least a SPM/STPM qualification
  • Customer service skills
  • Proven admin or assistant experience
  • Good time management skills and ability to multi-task and priortise work
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • Proficiency in basic computing
