To be responsible for the field service activities and include punctuality, efficiency and quality to establish customer relationship for future jobs.
To handle company's product as well as company materials at site during the process till completion and customer's acceptance.
To check the quality of work being carried out at the site as agreed.
To identify, record any service product and process quality problems and raise non conformance reports.
To initiate immediate recommendation to provide solutions through proper procedure.
To control further processing, delivery of non-conforming product until the deficiency or unsatisfactory conditions has been corrected.
To take corrective action as agreed without delay and record to prevent recurrence.
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.
At least 3 year(s) of working experience in Field Servicing of Motors, MV LV Drives, LV Switchgear and Breakers
Candidates with knowledge in automation products or technically orientated in drives, machines, soft starters, LV Switchgear and breakers
Knowledge of installation, calibration, trouble shooting, repairing, testing & commissioning and associated international standards
Good communication skills, task-oriented and able to work independently where orientation, self-driven, resourceful, result organized are desirable attributes.
Possess own transport and willing to travel
