To liaise (follow-up) with other departments (Store/Purchasing, QC, IT, Production) regarding daily work
Prepare monthly Master Production Schedule.
Prepare per-plan schedule to ensure smooth production run during peak periods (early of the month
and festive season).
Prepare Daily Production Schedule (Whiteboard schedule) base on Monthly Master Projection Schedule,
Job Instruction and confirmed Audit Trail & sample by customer.
Schedule Logistic for data/material pick-up, and liaise with Logistic Department for arrangement.
Request postage from Account Department.
Ensure advance postage paid by customer upon job confirmation (and before posting).
Monitor downtime for all departments.
Monitor production status according to customer’s service level.
To carry out jobs from time to time assigned by superior.
Candidate must posses at least SPM,STPM/Professional Certificate/Diploma or equivalent in any field.
At lease 1-2 years working experience in Customer Service / Office Support field.
Must be willing to work in Shah Alam (Seksyen 15)
Alternate Saturday working (Half day)
Salary Range : RM 1,800.00 to RM3,000.00
